2. Personal Data We Collect

aaa39jl collects the following categories of personal data from users of the Platform:

2.1 Identity & Contact Data

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• Date of birth (for age verification purposes – players must be 21 years of age or older);
• Nationality and country of residence;
• Email address and mobile phone number;
• Residential address, including barangay, city or municipality, province, and postal code.

2.2 Verification & KYC Data

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, UMID, PRC ID, voter's ID);
• Proof of address documents (e.g., utility bills, bank statements, barangay certificate);
• Selfie or live photograph for identity verification purposes;
• Source of funds documentation where required by applicable AML regulations.

2.3 Financial & Transaction Data

• GCash or PayMaya account details (mobile number associated with the account);
• Bank account details for bank transfer transactions (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank);
• Debit card details (card number, expiry date – we do not store full card numbers);
• Deposit and withdrawal history, transaction amounts, and timestamps;
• Account balance and gaming activity records.

2.4 Technical & Usage Data

• IP address and approximate geolocation;
• Device type, operating system, and browser information;
• Session duration, pages visited, and features used on the Platform;
• Login timestamps and access logs;
• Cookie identifiers and similar tracking data (see Section 9).

2.5 Communications Data

• Records of your communications with aaa39jl customer support, including live chat transcripts and email correspondence;
• Feedback, survey responses, and complaints submitted to aaa39jl.

• Legal Obligation: Processing is necessary for compliance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including the Data Privacy Act, Anti-Money Laundering Act, and gaming regulations;
• Legitimate Interests: Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of aaa39jl, including fraud prevention, platform security, and service improvement, provided that such interests are not overridden by your rights and interests;
• Consent: Where required by law, we will obtain your explicit consent before processing your personal data, particularly for direct marketing communications. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

6.2 Regulatory & Law Enforcement Authorities

aaa39jl may disclose your personal data to government agencies, regulatory bodies (including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council), law enforcement authorities, and courts where required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive.

6.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of aaa39jl's business, your personal data may be transferred to the relevant successor entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy.

• Account and KYC data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the closure of your account, in accordance with Philippine AML regulations ;
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction;
• Communications data: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the communication;
• Technical and usage data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months, after which it is anonymised or deleted.

Where your data is no longer required for any lawful purpose, aaa39jl will securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

8. Data Security

aaa39jl implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the aaa39jl Platform;

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, aaa39jl will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected individuals in accordance with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act and NPC Circular No. 16-03.

While aaa39jl takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aaa39jl account credentials and for notifying us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access to your account.

aaa39jl implements age verification procedures during the registration process to prevent access by minors.
