1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between aaa39jl and any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the aaa39jl platform, including its website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or simply accessing the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. These Terms are effective as of the date of your first access to the Platform and remain in force for the duration of your use.

aaa39jl reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the aaa39jl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and aaa39jl.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the aaa39jl Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or participate in any gaming activity on the aaa39jl Platform. This age restriction is in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. aaa39jl strictly prohibits access by minors and will take all reasonable steps to verify the age of its users.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from entering into these Terms.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the aaa39jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, that restricts your access to online gambling platforms.

aaa39jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of aaa39jl services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aaa39jl account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify aaa39jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. aaa39jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

aaa39jl is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by aaa39jl for the purpose of verifying your identity, age, address, and source of funds. This may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued photo identification card, proof of address, and bank or payment account statements.

aaa39jl reserves the right to suspend or close any account where KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, and to withhold any funds in such accounts pending resolution of the verification process.

3.4 Account Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. The provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aaa39jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, all denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱):

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. aaa39jl reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to close the associated account.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. aaa39jl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which aaa39jl accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.

aaa39jl reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal may be temporarily held. You will be notified if additional documentation is required.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the aaa39jl Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). aaa39jl does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency or digital asset.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

aaa39jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. aaa39jl reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or engaging in bonus arbitrage – will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.

5.4 Welcome Bonus

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the aaa39jl Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. aaa39jl's RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories.

Each game on the aaa39jl Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before participating. aaa39jl accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the applicable game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error during gameplay, aaa39jl reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. aaa39jl's decision in such matters is final.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published and available for review. These percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aaa39jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, fraud, or money laundering;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Making deposits from payment accounts not registered in your own name;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or the experience of other users;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Platform;
• Violating any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of the Platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

aaa39jl provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits may be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to alert them when they have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between one (1) month and five (5) years. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no new account may be created.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding players of the duration of their current session and their net gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Short-term account suspensions of between 24 hours and 30 days for players who need a temporary break.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the aaa39jl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform (collectively, "Content"), is the property of aaa39jl or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Content;
• Use any Content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of aaa39jl;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any Content;
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of the Content or the Platform terminates the licence granted herein and may constitute an infringement of aaa39jl's intellectual property rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aaa39jl, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

aaa39jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aaa39jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aaa39jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude aaa39jl's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11. Termination

aaa39jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

Upon termination of your account, any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to aaa39jl.

You may close your account at any time by contacting aaa39jl customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

aaa39jl operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including guidelines issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) where applicable. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

aaa39jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, aaa39jl will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account.
